Iocona has been “Certified” as a “Standardized Field Sobriety Test Administrator,” a “Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor” and a “Breath Test Administrator – Alco-Sensor IV.” He has also received Drug Recognition Expert training and instruction. Mr. Iocona has even served as an “Expert Panelist” for the Orange County Crime Laboratory on the issue of DUI-Drugs.
